Abstract

The alignment parameter was measured using the L-alpha/L-l intensity ratio. For this measurement. the Kamiya et al. [Phys. Rev. A 20,820 (1979)] equation was used. The L-l and L-alpha X-rays of the elements were measured with a Si (Li) detector at a direction of 90degrees to the projectile. The L-3 edges of the elements were excited with the selected ionising energies.
