Özet

Objective: Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP) is a pregnancy complication characterized by pruritus, elevation in liver enzymes and concentration of serum bile acids (SBA). In the current study, we aimed to investigate the relationship after treatment of ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) in patients with ICP between pruritus and the level of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and SBA.
