Özet

Modern period, at art just as every fields, took shape with effect many developments. Therefore, one should regard political, scientific and economic events in countries which is approved as ruler of the period, during examining art history of after 1900. Center of art sliped from Europe to America as a new art mentality which is outside previous esthetic scope, consists of those developments. Examinig the modern period in all respects will help understanding not only a new art mentality but also why it appeared in New York.
