Özet

There are more than twenty book reviews published on Dede Korkut Oguznameleri (Yapi Kredi Yaym-Ian, Istanbul, 2001) edited by Semih Tezcan and Hendrik Boeschoten, and Semih Tezcan's companion volume Dede Korkut Oguznameleri Uzerine Notlar (Yam Kredi Yayinlari, Istanbul, 2001). The number of the reviews with the fact that six of them were published in international periodicals shows that this new addition and the companion volume of notes have advanced this study field considerably by raising a noteworthy attention to the subject and leading a new and lively discussion ground. In this paper, the responses given to the new proposed readings and the new solution suggestions of these works in nine years will be evaluated.
