ÖZET
Mine yüzeyinin fosforik asitle pürüzlendirilmesinin mineye adezyonu arttırdığının bildirilmesinden bu yana dental adezivlerin mine ve dentine adezyonu konusunda önemli gelişmeler olmuştur. Günümüz adeziv teknolojisindeki gelişmeler, adeziv sistemlerin diş hekimliğinde kullanım alanlarının genişletmiştir. Adeziv sistemlerin kullanımı ile diş doku/dokularına adezyonun ve dolayısıyla klinik başarının artması, adeziv sistemleri araştırıcıların ilgi odağına getirmiştir. Diş dokularına adezyonun başarısını diş dokularının yanı sıra kullanılan adeziv sistemlerin özellikleri etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle kullanıcı hekimlerin adeziv sistemler hakkında yeterli bilgiye sahip olması önemlidir. Bu bölümde adezyon ve adezyonla ilgili kavramlar, diş dokularına adezyon ve bu amaçla kullanılan adeziv sistemlerin sınıflandırılması konuları tartışılacaktır.

ABSTRACT
Since it was reported that roughening the enamel surface with phosphoric acid increases the adhesion to the enamel, there have been significant developments in the adhesion of dental adhesives to enamel and dentin. Advances in today's adhesive technology have expanded the use of adhesive systems in dentistry. With the use of adhesive systems, the increase in bonding to dental tissue/tissues, and thus the increase in clinical success, has brought adhesive systems to the focus of attention of researchers. The success of adhesion to dental tissues is affected by the properties of the adhesive systems used as well as the dental tissues. For this reason, it is important that the user physicians have sufficient knowledge about adhesive systems. Therefore, adhesion and adhesion related concepts, adhesion to dental tissues and classification of adhesive systems used for this purpose will be discussed in this review.
