Özet

Bupivacaine and corticosteroid combination was used perioperatively in 15 patients who were undergoing discectomy in Neurosurgery Clinic of TCDD Ankara Hospital and 13 patients acted as control group. The results indicate that the usage of the combination bupivacaine and corticosteroid can reduce the postoperative pain analgesic usage and hospitalization period, significantly.
