Özet

Objective : Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) have proven effects in pathogenesis of neuroinflammation after spinal cord injury (SCI). Current study is designed to evaluate the effects of an anti-TNF-alpha agent, adalimumab, on spinal cord clip compression injury in rats.
