Özet

The paper presents a taxonomic evaluation on subgeneric arrangement of the genus Schmidtiana Podaný. Accordingly, Schmidtiana (Ultimatrocorna) subgen. nov. is proposed, described and presented with some species that were previously placed to the genus, Schmidtiana Podaný.
