Özet

Today, disasters mostly go beyond the national disaster response capability of national governments, particularly of those of developing countries. Hence, international disaster response becomes inevitable. The abundance of international disaster response teams and NGO's in times of disaster leads to numerous problems, mainly those related to coordination.
