Özet

The aim of the study was to determine how the nursing students applied at the clinic the basic psychomotor skills they learned at the Fundamentals of Nursing Course and the effect of laboratory work repeated periodically on making sure that they gain the skills they feel inadequate in. The study is a prospective-interventional study which consisted of the 80 students. The data collection form is used 7 times during the graduate training. The results for the first two years of the study demonstrate that students perform some nursing procedures as the training advances and feel less inadequate. (C) 2012 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
