Rapid development of wireless network technologies allows smartphones to take computer's place in many areas. Therefore, the majority of work to be done on the computer can be done via smartphones without place limitation and trouble of carrying computer. Using smartphones on vocational education necessitates mobilizing of modelling studies. This study aims to design a mobile simulation tool by using solar panels' datasheets. Due to designed simulation tool, the current-voltage (l-V) and the power-voltage (P-V) curve of the predefined solar panels or unspecified solar panels whose data should be manually entered by user can be simulated. These curves, which are important in determining the maximum power point of the solar panels, can be saved on the smartphone or share via e-mail. The developed mobile simulation tool for Android platform can be easily used by the user at every level and therefore it can be used for educational and professional purposes.
