Abstract:

In this research work, we aimed to find out the possibility of the application of the Turkish Diwan of Nef'i's Turkish as a mean of rhetorical figures teaching in Turkish Literature. For this respect we tried to work out the rhetorical figures as they presented as a part of curriculum of Turkish Language and Literature classes by Ministry of Education and then some short definitions have been given about rhetoric figures and also the samples of these definitions have been studied and compiled from the Turkish Diwan of Nef'î. More over that, this study has been extended to evaluate the Turkish Language and Literature books in the curriculum of Ministry of Education in the years between the years of 2002-2016, also it has been tried to find it out whether the samples from the Diwan of Nef'î have been applied as the mean of teaching of rhetoric figures in the foresaid books. The answer we have find was no usage of it has been observed in this respect.
