Abstract:
This study was carried out to help students and instructors wo rking with Suzuki method.
Suzuki Violin School 2 book is important because of its purpose and critical behavior. In
this descriptive study, content analysis model was used from qualitative research methods.
Notes in the book analyzed. In order to collect t he necessary resources and data related to
the subject, domestic and foreign sources were scanned and the opinions of experts in the
field were taken. In the study, 12 pieces in the second method of Suzuki Violin School
were presented with tables which aim to contribute to the technical development of both
hands, and the purpose and critical behaviors planned to be given to the students. The
explanations about the parts are located below the tables. In the research, it was determined
which parts were used i n these techniques. Legato, portato, staccato, detachment, pizzicato,
wire changing, rhythm studies aiming to develop right hand bow technique; Left hand
technique aiming to develop finger retention, intonation, acelite, multiplication, fives,
arpeggio, tr ill, articulation, half interval playing, tone studies, trilogy, chord, fourth fingers,
including the use of the work has been proposed.
