Abstract:

vn SUMMARY In this study, two methods were applied for quantitative determination of Nitrimidazine in synthetic mixtures and commercial comprimes. Distiled water was used as solvent, and 306 nm was chosen as maximum absorption wavelenght in UV spectrophotometric method. In titrimetric method at nonaquaus medium, asetonitrile was used as solvent and perchloric acid was used as titrant. The equivalent point was determined by potentiometric way. The results of UV spectrophotometric method were compared with those found by titrimetric method and they were statistically evaluated.
