The theories about child's art generally based on the researches, which were centered in the children who have a family-life or basically have an engaged lifestyle with society. By analyzing pictures and drawings which were belong to these kind of children, some theorists have determined artistic development stages or common symbols in children's art. This qualitative research is centered in six children who live in prison with their imprisoned mothers. The aim of this research was to observe the paintings of these children, and to explain the meaning of the symbols that appear on them. In this context, some drawing activities have been carried out with the participation of six prisoner's children who stay in a women's prison in Ankara. According to the permission given by the administration of prison, it's impossible to publish any results of this study. Researchers who interested in this field, should contact the author.
