Abstract:

In this study, between the traffic problems that are part of the main problems of city life?s, but urban freight transport is ignored in prepared transport plans to solve this problems, is examined, which quickly revealed the interaction of electronic commerce and urban freight transport. With concrete data in order to exemplify this interaction, serving customers through the store as well as the electronic media in Ankara, with a company that focuses on results of the meeting. Considering all this, the solution of urban freight transport in our country to take its place in the new proposals has been developed.
