Abstract:

The aim of this study is; From the point of perception of organizational justice, job satisfaction and organizational commitment as one of the keys to effective and efficient working in educational institutions; demographic characteristics of teachers; The aim of the course is to examine the relationships between organizational justice, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and demographic variables. The research was carried out by using the type of screening model from the general screening models. The universe of the study consists of teachers working in state secondary schools within the boundaries of the education zone in Kulu District of Konya Province. The questionnaire method was used in the study and data were collected with Organizational Justice Scale, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale. In the analysis of the data, t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and multiple regression analysis were used. In addition, frequency distributions, mean values and significance values of independent variables were examined. teachers; gender and job satisfaction, organizational justice levels; organizational justice with marital status; organizational commitment to education; While there is a significant relationship between seniority status, working time and organizational justice; teachers; job satisfaction and organizational commitment with marital status; job satisfaction and organizational justice with age; There was no relationship between education level and job satisfaction. As a result, a significant relationship was found between teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and perceptions of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In this sense, when the results are evaluated in general, it is seen that organizational justice affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
