Abstract:The aim of This study is to determine the relationship between the internal education perceptions of the Customs and Trade Ministry personnel and the level of business satisfaction; To investigate the relationship between in-service education perception and business satisfaction level according to personal variables. The Research's universe, the personnel working in the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and the sampling of these personnel are selected with a simple random sample from the 207 employee. Surveys were used to obtain the fundamental data of Research. These surveys have been applied to the staff of the Central and provincial organization. In the Questionnaire form, the perception of in-service training and job satisfaction were assessed by two scales, and there were four articles on the personal characteristics of the employees. The Answers were transferred to the SPSS program and a database was created and the necessary statistical calculations were performed. As a result of the study, the perception of in-service education influenced the level of satisfaction of employees and these effects were determined to vary slightly according to the characteristics of employees such as title, gender, age and seniority.
