Abstract:As in whole countries in the world, in our country mushroom is consumed as a food and used due to its biological effect. In this study, the analgesic activity of Laetiporus sulphureus (Bull.) Murril grows wild in our country. In the activity the ethanol extract of mushroom collected in Ankara was prepared and the analgesic activity of mushroom was worked with writhing test induced by acetic acid and tail flick test. After all works on mushroom, that the ethanol extract has more activity than aspirin due to writhing test and than morphine due to tail flick test was found
