Biography

Prof.Dr. Hatice Hilal YÜCEL 

 

Dr. Hatice Hilal YÜCEL  received her B.S. degree in physics from the Gazi Education Faculty, Ankara, Turkey, her M.S. degree in Physics from the University of Gazi,  Institute of Science, Ankara, Turkey, and her PhD degree in Physics from Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey in 1997, 2000, and 2004, respectively. She studied as a Research Assistant at Gazi University from 1998 to 2008. She was promoted to the position of Associated Professor in 2009 at the Physics department. She received the Professor Position in 2015 in the science faculty at Gazi University. She has published 43 scientific papers in reviewed journals and also more than 40 research papers in conference proceedings. She is the editor of the ebook, series Advances in Material Research and Technology (SPRINGER/LONDON; BERLIN) and also is Field Editor in the Journal of Energy Sytems in the field of Nano-materials & characterization. She is a member of the international organizing committee and the international scientific committee of the European Conference on Renewable Energy Systems (ECRES2015- ECRES2020). She was a technical guest editör for special issues on Renewable Energy Systems in JOM  between 2019 and 2020.  Her Professional interests include IR photodetector, Semiconductor, Novel Materials, Plasma and Process Diagnostics, Plasma-Surface Interactions, and Defects. Her h-index is: 11,  i-index  =12 and the total cited record is = 275.
