LABORATUVARDA UYGULANACAK KURALLAR

 

1- Önlüğü, koruyucu laboratuvar gözlüğü, ve eldiveni olmayan öğrenci laboratuvara alınmayacaktır.

2- Her hafta deneyle ilgili deneyden önce küçük sınav yapılır. 

3- Deneyden geçme notu 40’dır, 40’ın altında not alanlar o deneyden telafiye kalır. En fazla 3 deneyden telafiye kalınabilir. Daha fazla sayıda deneyden telafiye kalan öğrenci başarısız sayılır. Telafiye kalınan deneyler telafi haftasında tekrarlanır.

4- Laboratuvar ara sınav notu deney notu ortalamasının % 60’ı ile küçük sınav notu ortalamasının % 40’ı  toplanarak bulunur.

5- Geçme notu Laboratuvar ara sınav notunun % 60 ve Final notunun % 40’ı toplanarak hesaplanır.

6- Nitel Analizde  Deney notu: [(Doğru bulunan Katyon Sayısı) /(Verilen Katyon Sayısı +Yanlış Bulunan Katyon Sayısı)] x 100

formülüyle hesaplanır.

   Nicel Analizde  Deney notu: Öğrencinin yaptığı % Hataya göre değerlendirilir.

·      Laboratory coat, goggles, nitrile gloves, scientific calculator, labels, acetate markers (Laboratuvar önlüğü, gözlük, nitril eldiven, bilimsel hesap makinası, etiket, asetat kalemi)

·      Cleaning cloth, detergent etc., as a group (Temizlik bezi, deterjan vb., grup halinde)

·      10 pieces of centrifuge tubes (10 adet santrifüj tüpü)

·      10 pieces of 15 cm test tubes (10 adet 15 cm deney tüpü)

·      Tube brush (Tüp fırçası)

·      3 pieces of 100 mL glass bottles with dropper (3 adet 100 mL’lik damlalıklı cam şişe)

·      15 pieces of plastic Pasteur pipettes (15 adet plastik Pastör pipeti)

·      Puar, as a group (Puar, grup halinde)

·      Evaporating dish (Porselen kapsül)

·      3 cm long platinum wire with an additional glass baguette, for the whole section (tüm şube için 1 adet 3 cm uzunluğunda platin tel, ayrıca bir adet cam baget ile birlikte)

RULES TO BE APPLIED IN THE LABORATORY

 

1- It is imperative to wear a lab coat. A student without a lab coat will not be allowed to enter the laboratory.

2- Before starting the experiment every week, a quiz will be taken from the relevant experiment.

3- You need to get at least 40 points from the experiment. Those who take notes below 40 points are considered unsuccessful in that experiment. Up to 3 experiments can be compensated. The student who fails to compensate for the larger number of attempts is deemed unsuccessful. Failed experiments are repeated in the make-up week.

4- Laboratory grade is calculated by adding 30% of the average of the experimental study grade and 30% of the average grade of the quiz-examination and 40% of the final exam grade.

5- In Qualitative Analysis-section, the experimental grade is calculated as follows:

 

[(Number of Cations Found Correctly) / (Number of Cations Given + Number of Cations Incorrect)] x 100

 

In Quantitative Analysis-section, the experimental grade is calculated as follows:

 

{ 100 - [% Error x (100 - 40)] / Compensation Limit}.

(Compensation limit is determined separately for each experiment)
