He graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering of Kırıkkale University in 2008. Between 2009 and 2011, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Energy Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Atılım University. In 2011, he began working as a Research Assistant at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering of Gazi University. He completed his Master's degree in 2011 and his Doctorate in 2017 at the same department. Since June 2020, he has continued to work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Gazi University Faculty of Engineering. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2024 and continues his work at the same department.
His Master's thesis was on ‘Numerical investigation of heat transfer using impinging jets on ribbed roughened walls’ and his PhD thesis was on ‘Numerical and experimental investigation of water channel, panel and convector separately and all together to enhance thermal output of panel radiator’. His areas of research include Heat Transfer, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Heat Transfer Enhancement Methods, continous Impinging and synthetic jets, and Electronic cooling. He continues his research work in these areas.
