He was born in 1970 in YALOVA. He received his primary education
in YALOVA. He completed his Vocational High School education in
Çatalca/İSTANBU. He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Technical
Education in 1992.
In 1996, he completed his master's degree at Gazi University
Institute of Science and Technology. He went to METU Language School for a
year. In 2001, he completed his doctorate at Gazi University, Institute of
Science and Technology.
In 2002, he became a lecturer. In 2008, he was appointed as
Assistant Professor. In 2015, 3Ay carried out research activities abroad. In
2018, he was appointed as Associate Professor. In 2024, he received the title
of Prof. Dr. He is currently working at Gazi University, Faculty of Technology,
Department of Manufacturing Engineering. He is married and has 3 children.
His research interests include machinability, cutting tools, cutting forces, Optimization, Computer-aided design, Computer-aided Manufacturing, Artificial intelligence,
