Zafer Ayaz received his bachelor's degree from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration, and his master's and doctoral degrees from Gazi University, Informatics Institute in management information systems. He wrote his master's thesis on internet advertising and his doctoral thesis on a proposal for an information system model that combines multi-level marketing and affiliate management. He worked as a software developer in various projects from 1995 to 2001. He has been a staff and manager at Gazi University Computer Center since 2001. He has been a PhD Lecturer at the Department of Management Information Systems of the Faculty of Applied Sciences since 2022 and as the Head of Department at Gazi University Computer Center since 2020. He took part in many national and international projects as a researcher and manager. He has many studies on system management, software development, blockchain, cloud computing, database management, social media, bioinformatics, and artificial intelligence technologies.
