Burcu Yılmaz Kaya is with Gazi University, Department of Industrial Engineering, since 2009. She has received her M.Sc. degree in 2010, and her Ph.D. in 2018. She has been teaching courses such as Ergonomics, Process Management, Human Resources Management, Business Analysis and Process Planning, Product Design and Development in Turkish and English at undergraduate and graduate levels since 2019. She continues  master's thesis advisory in Gazi University Industrial Engineering Department and Engineering and Technology Management Program. Her research interests could be listed as ergonomics and human factors management, work-study, multi-criteria decision making, usability, product, process and system design, and, decision support systems.

ENM 323 Ergonomi dersi donem projesi uygulamalarına ilişkin rehber bilgisi aşağıda paylaşılmaktadır.

• Ders projeleri uygulaması kapsamında oluşturulacak her grup 6 öğrenciden oluşmalıdır.
• Her grup sunum yapmak istedigi tarihi OBS'de kayitli mail adresleri uzerinden paylasılacak olan dosyada "Grup no", "Firma" ve "Ogrenci bilgileri"ni yazmak suretiyle belirtmelidir.
• Donem projeleri ilan edilecek teslim tarihinde tüm gruplar tarafından grupların sunum tarihlerinden bağımsız olarak teslim edilmelidir, seçilecek sunum tarihi proje teslim tarihlerini değiştirmeyecektir.
  
• Donem projesi teslim materyalleri (pptx sunum iceren CD) tum gruplar tarafindan ilan edilecek teslim tarihinde teslim edilmeli ayrica UZEM platformunda ENM 323 Ergonomi dersi icin olusturualn Ödev etkinligine her gruptan bir temsilci öğrenci (excel dosyasında belirtilmelidir) tarafından yüklenmelidir. UZEM üzerinden ve CD ile elden teslim edilen dökümanların okunabilirliği öğrenci sorumluluğundadır, bu nedenle, teslimlerden önce kontrol edilmelidir.
• Proje sunumlarında grup üyelerinin tamamının bulunması ve sunumda aktif olarak yer alması gerekmektedir.
• Proje içerikleri ders kapsamında işlenen konuların konu anlatımının tekrarından kaçınarak, proje ödevi konuları özelinde bilgilerin derlenmesi, gerekli ölçümlerin ve analizlerin gerçekleştirilmesi ve sunulması çerçevesinde hareket edilerek hazırlanmalıdır.
